I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. After coming across so many scam pages, I was extremely cautious and honestly nervous about purchasing a puppy online. But from the very beginning, this experience felt completely different. The communication was amazing. I was contacted through FaceTime so I could see the puppies, watch them interact, and get a feel for everything myself. I never once felt pressured about making a payment. Instead, they took the time to answer my questions, explain the entire process, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. When Celine arrived, she came with a folder containing her vaccination and health records, microchip information, and records from birth. She was also delivered with food, a dog bed, bowls, wipes, wee-wee pads, and everything she needed to get comfortable in her new home. It honestly felt like they had prepared me for bringing her home. One thing that meant so much to me was the support I received after Celine came home. During her first adjustment period, she seemed a little down and was still getting comfortable in her new environment. They immediately checked in, walked me through everything, and even offered to have her seen by a veterinarian out of caution. Thankfully, she was perfectly fine and simply needed some time to adjust. Their care and communication continued even after Celine was home with us. My calls and messages have never been ignored, and I am still in contact with them. I continue to send pictures and updates of Celine, and the communication has remained wonderful. The entire process was smooth, professional, and much faster and easier than I ever expected. I was still nervous and wondering if it was a scam right up until the moment Celine was delivered—but once she was in my arms, I felt completely at ease. It made it so easy to keep track of his upcoming vaccines, dewormers, and everything he needed to stay on schedule. Even after drop-off, they’ve been super, super helpful anytime I’ve had questions. I also really appreciated how much they cared about making sure Nine was healthy before and after coming home, especially with their health agreement. Pawppiesplug is beyond professional.when I received my baby I can tell she was well taken cared of before me even taking her to the vet I had no issues that pop up everything was great! You received all information on your pup from size to breed to vaccines are in order whatever questions you have they answer with no issues even sent us a video of our pups engaging with other dogs!
